I love the taste and the heat of this product. Changes to the consistency, not so much. I liked the thicker texture that did not need refrigeration until opened. We use this on beef, fish, pork, and chicken. Great for dips and dressings!

We love this Seminole Wasabi Sauce on all fish. Especially good on Tuna .

This sauce is awesome and I use it on pretty much every fish or beef! It is very hot, but does not overpower the flavor a of your food. I do wish that it was a bit thicker to make it easy to spread.
